Using decades of experience in the technical development and production of heavy anchors for steel sheet pile and concrete retaining walls, Anker Schroeder have worked closely with civil engineering companies to develop a micropile system. The ASDO Micropile system has been developed in accordance with DIN EN 14199 and is currently gaining approval for use at the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) which is expected shortly

  1. Head cap (can be grease filled and sealed to bearing plate)
  2. Spherical nut (allows articulation of 5 degrees)
  3. Bearin plate (spherical seating plate to suit nut)
  4. Upset thread (up to 500mm long)
  5. Sleeve tube (ensures full system is sealed)
  6. Seal (allows push fit seal)
  7. Currugated sleeve (for grout free area)
  8. Anchorage profile (connect with cement stone)
